Bleed - an area around the edge of the sheet usually 3mm or more which is trimmed off once printed to allow a crisp edge and no thin white lines.
Lamination - a plastic coating which can be applied in a Matt or Gloss finish to create a enhanced finish
Lithographic - printing process on a large printing press where all colours are made up from Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black layered on top of each other as the paper passes through the press.
Toner - a powder which is used in laser printers, photocopier and digital presses.
Trim Marks - small thin lines in the corners of the artwork showing where the item is to be cut on the guilotine.
Full colour - printing out of CMYK which can produce all other colours.
CMYK - Abreviation of Cyan / Magenta / Yellow / Black the inks used in lithographic printing.
